Cheesepop B.V. 於2009年由著名的荷蘭芝士家族Zijerveld的兒子Mark Zijerveld創立。 儘管Cheesepop B.V.是一家獨立企業，但Mark能夠在依靠其家人的專業知識的同時，發展一個使芝士有創新食法的技術。
經過3年的努力，技術得以現實，而革命性的生產方法亦已申請專利，並且開始銷售。 這些創新產品在發展成熟的芝士市場上提供了新的體驗。 通過使用革命性的生產方法，Cheesepop B.V.能夠使芝士真正『跳』出框框。 這個創新的生產方法使芝士變得鬆脆，而且具有香濃的芝士味，因此Cheesepop非常適合用作伴酒小食及烹飪食材。
Cheesepop於2013年首先於荷蘭市場取得成功。在主要零售商成功推出該產品之後，接下來是德國市場。 德國市場證明了該產品在國際上也取得了巨大成功，因此成為尋找更多國際受眾的動力。直到2016年，Cheesepop決定參加"SIAL" - 世界上最大的食品創新展覽會。 這次展覽是Cheesepop故事中的一個重要里程碑，這亦是Cheesepop成為全球品牌的開始！ 在2020年，Eins決定將這一個人氣品牌帶到香港！
In 2009, Cheesepop B.V. was founded by Mark Zijerveld, son of the renowned Dutch cheese family, Zijerveld. Although Cheesepop B.V. is an independently owned business, Mark was able to build on the expertise and knowledge of his family while developing the technology that makes the cheese pop.
After 3 years of hard work, the desired technology had become reality, the revolutionary production method was patented and sales was about to begin. These innovative products deliver a new experience within the established cheese market. By using a revolutionary production method, Cheesepop B.V. is able to make the cheeses literally pop. This results in a surprisingly crunchy luxury cocktail snack, with an intense taste. Moreover, the products are very suitable for application as a culinary extra.
The Dutch market was the first to be entered in 2013 with the new brand Cheesepop. After having successfully introduced the product at the main retailers, the German market was next. The German market proved that also internationally the product was a great success and therefore became a stimulus to look for an even more international audience. In 2016, Cheesepop decided to exhibit at the SIAL - world’s largest food innovation exhibition. This exhibition has been a milestone in Cheesepop’s story, and it is what we call the beginning of Cheesepop as a Global Brand! In 2020, Eins decided to bring this amazing product to Hong Kong!
The brand Cheesepop is relatively young, but has nevertheless been able to develop a strong brand identity within its market.
